The XFWP series high-performance flexible low loss coaxial RF cables adopt a special structural design and advanced production technology, allowing the cables to have excellent electrical and mechanical performance indicators in the full frequency range.
In terms of electrical performance, the signal transmission rate is as high as 83%, the temperature phase stability is less than 850PPM, and it also has characteristics such as low loss, high shielding efficiency, and long service life.
In terms of mechanical performance, microporous low-density PTFE insulation and silver plated copper flat tape wrapping make the cable have better bending performance and longer mechanical phase stability. However, during the use of the cable, attention should be paid to preventing excessive twisting from damaging the outer conductor structure of the cable, thereby affecting product performance.
In terms of environmental resistance, this cable uses raw materials such as FEP and PFA with superior environmental resistance, which gives it the characteristics of wide temperature range, corrosion resistance, mold and moisture resistance, and flame retardancy.

1. Inner conductor: Single core silver plated wire is used. Under the same outer diameter, single core inner conductors have lower losses and better mechanical phase stability under bending conditions.
2. Insulation: Using microporous low-density PTFE with a dielectric constant of around 1.45, the multi-layer winding structure can stabilize the cable outer diameter and insulation dielectric constant, ensuring stable signal transmission.
3. Shielding layer: Adopting a double shielding layer structure, the inner shielding layer is wrapped with silver plated copper tape, and the outer shielding layer is woven with silver plated copper wire. Silver plated copper tape wrapping reduces cable loss, increases shielding efficiency, and high-density braided layer increases the tensile strength of the cable.
4. Sheath: Raw materials such as FEP or PFA with superior environmental adaptability are used to make the cable highly adaptable to the environment.
